To wash white clothes, use hot water, which is better at killing germs and bacteria and helps keep clothes whiter. After adding your usual amount of detergent, add some bleach to the wash water to whiten clothes. Alternatively, you could add vinegar or baking soda to brighten your white clothing in the wash.
