Does Dead Rising 4 have a time limit?

Dead Rising 4's campaign, unlike previous games in the comedic zombie franchise, is doing away with the series' timer restrictions that some players loved and some found frustrating. But in one of the game's downloadable add-ons, Frank Rising, players will have to survive a zombie infection with limited time.
