Pregnant women are limited to one set of dentures every three years. Dentures must be prior authorized and considered "medically necessary" for Traditional Medicaid Adults. Full dentures are limited to 1 every 10 years and partial dentures are limited to 1 every 5 years, exceptions are made when dentally appropriate.
