Is WWE scripted or improvised?

Im really against a fully scripted wrestling talent like WWE. ... All the wrestlers involved know, is who wins and who loses. Some other matches are partially improvised with predetermined “spots” included in the match. The wrestlers are free to do whatever they want but they need to have these “spots” or moments happened.
